| The PP denounces the lack of planning and the dire management of Moreno's government team because the invoices are the result of activities that should have been included in the municipal budget | "By acting in this way, the interests of the suppliers of our town hall are seriously damaged, many of them aquiline companies, which have seen how they have had to endure more than a year without charging their services," says García. "The mayor has taken invoices worth almost 850,000 euros from more than 150 suppliers from the drawer, charging these expenses as extraordinary recognition, most of them being common expenses without appearing in the annual budget," said the councilor of the Popular Party, José García , after the result of the ordinary plenary session in April in which the budget modification has been approved for the supplement of credits charged to the remaining cash balance, as well as the extrajudicial recognition of exercise credit, to be able to face the invoices pending 2019. The mayor explained that of the € 842,375.83, € 653,722.83 correspond to City Council bills and the rest € 188,653 to that of the Municipal Sports Board, which means that only in the budget of the municipal sports entity the budget of 2019 35%. "These data demonstrate the lack of planning by the municipal government for the realization of a budget, despite having more than five years of experience in carrying them out," Garcia pointed out, adding that "many of the invoices are from activities perfectly panifiable in a budget and this fact shows the terrible management of the PSOE in Águilas, "said García. García explained that "by acting in this way, the interests of the suppliers of our city council, many of them aquiline companies, who have seen how they have had to endure more than a year without charging their services, are seriously damaged." From the Popular Party, the municipal socialist government has been asked for responsibility, both when drafting a budget and when executing it, because acting in this irresponsible way harms many people and aquilines in general, since it is not a good way of managing citizens' taxes. The Popular Party abstained on these points, "we do not understand the mismanagement of the PSOE in this matter," said Garcia.
"We have responsibly refrained from suppliers, who cannot bear this neglect, and more in these critical moments, but we give a zero to the municipal management carried out by the government team, and we will continue investigating the poor management we see of the money of all the aquilines ", concluded García.
