The councilors of Culture, Maido Simó and Health, María Dolores García, participated in the Summer Course "Relaxation and meditation techniques: Self-management of stress", organized by the Universidad del Mar-Campus Mare Nostrum, in collaboration with the City Council of Águilas, which takes place from September 13 to 15, at the Hotel Puerto Juan Montiel in our city. The inauguration was given by Maido Simó along with Patrocinio Albaladejo García and María José Portillo Navarro, Vice-Manager of the University and Director of the Unimar course in Águilas and Director of Unimar and Permanent Headquarters of the University of Murcia, respectively.

Likewise, said opening ceremony was attended by Professor Doctor Jorge Benito Novella Suárez, Director of the Permanent Headquarters of University Extension of the University of Murcia in Águilas. In its VI edition, this course has been carried out in person, marked by the hygienic measures provided to guarantee the safety of attendees due to COVID-19.
