"The current circumstances prevent us from celebrating October 12 and commemorating the day of the Pilar together with the Civil Guard, as we have done in recent years," stressed the ´popular´ councilor, Eva Reverte, who wanted to ask "the neighbors from Águilas who are proud of our flag can put it on their balcony to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Day.
