The mayor of Youth, Juan Andrés Torres, and the mayor of Education, Francis Gallego, carried out last week a distribution of hygienic masks and mask holders in all secondary education centers in the town. The initiative, included within the campaign of the Youth Council I will not fail you, is aimed at raising awareness among young people about the importance of prevention to stop the spread of Covid 19; a campaign that - said the councilor during his presentation - is the central act of "a different Young October given the difficult time we are going through." After the distribution, the mayor of Education appealed to the responsibility of young students so that they are aware of the need to use the mask and social distancing as a way to protect not only their health but also that of their own families.
