The president of the Popular Party of Águilas, Eva Reverte, together with the councilor, Emilia Bayona, visited the parish of San José this morning and made a floral offering to the Virgin of Dolores, patron saint of Águilas, praying for the residents of the town on the occasion of the Day of the All Souls. Today, November 2, is commemorated the day of All the Faithful Dead, the Catholic Church has wanted to institute this day so that it is especially dedicated to prayer for those souls who have left the earth. Reverte has indicated that "both in Águilas and in the rest of Spain and the world we are experiencing a very difficult situation, the health crisis of COVID-19 is affecting many neighbors", so "we have visited the patron saint of Águilas to to ask him to protect and take care of all the people in the town, as well as to watch over all those who have left us.
