This weekend the Christmas lighting of the streets of the town took place; an act that, due to the current health crisis caused by the coronavirus, has not been possible to carry out with the traditional children's party that had been held in recent years at the door of the Town Hall of the town. More than 525,000 points of light distributed in 111 arches and figures and 6 firs of light make up the town's Christmas lighting this year; all of them low consumption, which means a sustainable Christmas committed to the environment. With regard to the Christmas atmosphere to the arches and luminous figures, we must add the decorations in palm trees, the planting of 1,500 poinsettias, the decorations on street lamps and other Christmas motifs that will be installed in the coming days.
