Today's BORM includes the new measure imposed by the Regional Government to try to stop the increase in COVID cases in the Region, consisting in that "all commercial activity and the provision of services open to the public should close its premises and establishments for face-to-face service from 8:00 p.m., being able to carry out its activity only through home delivery services and collection at the premises upon prior request ".

This same official document informs of the exceptions to this rule, noting that "the food establishments, the dining room services referred to in article 14.4.4 of the Order of December 13, 2020 of the Ministry of Health and university, educational and training centers of any kind may remain open until the time when the limitation of the freedom of movement of people at night begins " .

In summary, as of today, all commercial establishments or establishments that provide services for the public must close at 8:00 p.m., except for essential activities (Food, Health and Training) , which may be open until curfew time, at 10pm.
