The celebration of Good Friday yesterday marked the real beginning of the Holy Week of Eagles.
A day in which religion, art and culture came together with the feeling of a whole town waiting for the moment when the doors of the parish of San José were opened to see out his patroness, the image holder Venerada and illustrious Brotherhood and Brotherhood of Our Lady the Virgin of Sorrows known among the aquiline as the Blue Paso.
The festive day came, as tradition, preceded by the serenade, as every year, provided the holder of Aquilegia Musical Patronage Francisco Diaz Romero to the Sorrowful and culminated with the anthem of the city Eagles, Mediterranean paradise and a band exciting collection of the Virgin to the applause of a whole people.

As early yesterday morning, the day known as Good Friday was beginning with a solemn Mass concelebrated during which the mayor of Eagle, Mari Carmen Moreno, received the medal of honor of the Brotherhood and Brotherhood of Our Lady the Virgin of the Dolores.
