A group of students and teachers of Vocational Training Ies Europ Garden, Eagles, visited the institute King Carlos to attend a joint talk, theoretical and practical, with students from FP Kitchen latter center.
This is the first activity of its kind to be held in Eagles under a program of activities organized by the Department of Environment to promote the exchange of experiences, activities and information of interest to young people both institutes.
The talk was given by the official Sebastian Ramirez, an expert on environmental issues, which he used in a pleasant images in slides on samples of the flora and columbines fauna as well as a live sample of species collected in the Botanical Garden of Ies Europe, emphasize its importance and traditional use, especially culinary, species such as laurel, rosemary, carob, thyme, lavender, pine cones and pine nuts pine and pine, etc.
In the near future, students of King Charles III returned the visit to his fellow Ies Europe to participate in an activity related to the Botanical Garden and horticultural crops and fruit trees that have been created in this educational center.
