Fifteen young people benefit from employment program "You teach me, I teach" (29/03/2016)

A total of fifteen young beneficiaries of the Youth Guarantee who were unemployed start work next day 31 in the Exchange Program Intergenerational Knowledge "You teach me, I teach you" launched by the City of Eagle by the Regional Employment Service and Training and funded by the European Social Fund.

The mayor of Eagle, Mari Carmen Moreno, and the mayor of Local Development and Training, Ginés Desiderio Navarro, visited this morning the young men from next Thursday and during a period of six months develop its work with groups and individuals over the town.

After visiting Navarro stressed the importance of a program that assured the mayor, "will, in addition to exchange experiences and knowledge between two generational areas of population, to offer young people tools that qualify them for organizing teams something that undoubtedly will be of great use in the future search for later use as more and more companies that demand profiles with experience in teamwork. we must also not forget that more and more people over our population so it is important to have trained personnel to work with them. "

In this regard it should be noted that this work program will be developed in two phases: initially there will be a stage of internal work in which young people needed to form teams tools will be provided.

Once this phase will begin fieldwork with groups and older people, based on the principle of reciprocity, exchange experiences and knowledge with the young participants.
