The retaining wall of waters of the Rambla de Las Culebras has been recepcionado this morning by the City of Eagle during a ceremony in which were present the mayor of Eagle, Mari Carmen Moreno, and the mayor of Planning, Thomas Cosentino.
Moreno and Cosentino have moved to the bed of that ravine where they could check in situ the action taken.
Both have expressed their satisfaction "to see this wall concluded that, as we said, is the essential prerequisite for the construction of such defendant bridge over the ravine step."
The mayor of Planning announced that "the completion of this first phase will proceed immediately to the tendering of the works of the bridge thus responding to a historical demand of the municipality of Eagles."
It is recalled that the construction of the bridge over the Rambla de Las Culebras, a necessary structure to prevent the isolation of certain areas of the municipality as a result of the rains, was subject to the prior construction of this wall, whose authorization was achieved by Team PSOE and IU government last November after being refused on three occasions to previous Municipal Corporation by the Hydrographic Confederation of Segura.
The retaining wall and water pipe, the cost, fully funded by the City of Eagle, has been of 166,733.35 euros, it has been made by Steel Lorca 12 Construction SL that was the winning of a process to which they attended one total of twelve companies.
