The City of Eagle manifest to the information published today in the newspaper La Verdad in which is linked to Juan Manuel Gómez Roa, president of Public Transparency, by offering packages in Panama Offshore:
Among the Public Transparency Association, of which he is president Juan Manuel Gómez Roa, and the City Council was intended to reach a partnership agreement for the company, supported by previous studies conducted in different municipalities of Spain, collaborate in conducting an audit in transparency but, to date, has not signed any contract.
In this sense, the City Council want to make it clear that you will be expected to know the development of this situation to make a decision.
Also the City Council wishes to state that on 7 April, the mayor of this town, Mari Carmen Moreno, and the mayor of New Technologies, Thomas Cosentino, held a meeting with Juan Manuel Gómez Roa, which was also present as a guest the chairman of Transparency in Murcia, Jose Molina.
The sole purpose of that meeting, open to all media who wanted to attend, was to publicize aspects of the aforementioned audit transparency, making this consistory in the first in Spain to do so.
For the City Council and the government team the key is transparency, openness and public participation aspects that are working and will continue to understand transparency as the only valid way to develop the actions of government.
