The mayor of Eagle, Mari Carmen Moreno, and the mayor of Health, Rosalia Casado, attended yesterday the opening of Cooking Course Dietetic organized by the Diabetic Association of Eagles (ADIA) until next Thursday will take place in the Hotel Puerto Deportivo Juan Montiel.
The program, which this year reaches its fifteenth edition, featured more than a dozen assistants who, with the help of hotel kitchen equipment aquiline daily prepare a full menu suitable for people with diabetes who subsequently tasted.
Parallel to the development of recipes about food, diet and other aspects of interest are offered.
The president of the association, Yolanda Gallego, stressed the importance of such activities that is to show that it is possible to produce varied and appetizing dishes adapted to the needs of people with diabetes.
