The Biosalud space is equipped with four machines for working capabilities such as strength, flexibility or balance.
Specifically they have been placed:
Bicycle: Improves flexibility and mobility of the upper and lower joints.
Improves and increases cardiopulmonary capacity.
Remo: Strengthens the legs and chest muscles, allowing full movement of the limbs, improves cardiopulmonary capacity.
Skates: Improves mobility of the lower limbs and provides coordination and balance.
Unicaminador: Strengthens the muscles of the upper and lower limbs and improves joint flexibility.
Increases cardiopulmonary function.
Isabel Fernandez, councilor responsible for the area, claimed that the decision to carry out this action responds to the plan developed from the Department to value squares and streets of the town.
