Elena Garcia Martin, Mary Immaculate school, yesterday became the winner of the VII Literary Creation Contest organized by the local board of the AECC.
A contest in which more than fifty students from schools in the city that aims, emphasized Magdalena Ros, president of the local board, "educate children about the importance of prevention and to publicize the work involved since the Spanish Association Against Cancer is done ".
During the ceremony Vicente Ruiz, Councillor for Education, who attended along with other members of the municipal corporation, he stressed the importance of bringing young people to important associations and a key role in society as is the Spanish Association Against Cancer.
