The purpose of this visit was to learn about the work being carried out to recover the taste and quality of traditional varieties of tomato.
These works are part of the activities defined in two research projects funded by Feder funds, in which a study identifying varieties under the environmental conditions of the region, present a greater sensory and nutritional quality arises.
Asaja representatives visited the greenhouses where these varieties are being cultivated and tested some of the fruits.
After the visit, they expressed interest in investigations being carried out and proposed establishing partnerships for testing these varieties under the pedo-climatic conditions Eagles.
