The Civil Guard in the region of Murcia has developed an investigation to locate and arrest the perpetrator of the theft of a large amount of jewelry in a home of Eagles, which has led to the arrest of a person suspected of committing the offenses of theft hard and fraud.
It has also been recovered and returned to its rightful owner practically all the jewels stolen.
The investigation began when the Civil Guard became aware of the theft committed in a home located in the urban municipality of Eagles, which were stolen watches and jewelry worth 4,000 euros.
The first inquiry allowed researchers to find out that the theft was committed in a short space of time, when the owners of the property left the home to attend a family event.
The Civil Guard made the corresponding visual inspection of the house, where there were no signs of violence or force were observed in any of the entrances to the property, which was suspected of using an original key or copy thereof.
After obtaining the necessary evidence, civil guards research focused on the search for the stolen jewels dedicated to the purchase and sale of gold shops.
The inspection of these establishments bore fruit with the location of various lots of jewelry, whose characteristics matched those reported by the victim, which were seized and shown to the complainant acknowledged that without a doubt.
This finding has led to the identification of the person who alienated objects, a young woman, a resident of the town, apparently romantically linked with one of the children of the victim, which allegedly allowed him to 'be' with the keys of the house without arousing suspicion.
The Civil Guard has found that this woman also has a hefty criminal record related to the sale of stolen jewelry stores selling gold buying.
Research has also culminated in the investigation of crime of fraud related to the sale of stolen property in the sale of gold objects.
After obtaining the necessary evidence Meritorious has arrested a Spanish woman neighbor Eagles, 32 and which is credited with authorship of the alleged crimes of burglary and fraud.
The detainee, jewelry recovered and the proceedings initiated have been made available to the Magistrate's Court in Lorca (Murcia).
