Two mobile libraries and a bookmobile encourage reading among the bathers.
The mayor of Culture and Tourism of the City of Eagle, Clara Valverde, visited the bookmobile of the "A Summer of book that every Monday, during the months of July and August, will be installed on the beach Calabardina at 10:00 hours to 13.00 hours.
In his meeting with the press, the minister of Culture stated that "through this successful initiative of the General Directorate of Books, belonging to the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Autonomous Community of Murcia, swimmers and residents of this beautiful hamlet aquiline can enjoy free summer season, the pleasure of reading on the beach. "
Valverde also wanted to highlight that the bookmobile, belonging to the Regional Library has thousands of copies of different styles and for all ages, and to make use of this service will only require the presentation of the passport or other documentary evidence user.
After contact with the media, the councilor has shifted to the beach of La Colonia, to carry the two mobile libraries will be active until 31 August, Monday to Saturday, 11.00 to 14 hours' 00 hours and from 17.00 to 19.00 hours.
These mobile libraries, to be located on the beaches of "Las Delicias" and "The Colony", have a capacity of 500, each of them, the only requirement necessary to enjoy reading to present your ID and return the book before the end of the day.
