The mayor of Eagle, Mari Carmen Moreno, recently visited the employment program participants "You teach me, I teach you" have developed a performance intergenerational exchange of knowledge over the last six months.
A total of fifteen young beneficiaries of the Youth Guarantee who were unemployed, began work last March in a program launched by the City of Eagle by the Regional Employment Service and Training and funded by the European Social Fund.
During this project, recently completed, it has endowed youth necessary for forming tools teams.
Once this phase began fieldwork with groups and older people, based on the principle of reciprocity, they exchanged experiences and knowledge with the young participants.
