Last weekend, the Student Council of the University of Murcia (Ceumar) held in the town Days of Training Student Representation, which was inaugurated by the mayor of Education of the City of Eagle, Vicente Ruiz, and in which participated, among others, the rector of the University of Murcia, José Orihuela, the rector of Students, Carmen Ferrándiz, the outgoing president of Ceumar, Domingo Antonio Sanchez, and the president in office, Minerva Picon.
During the conference, students participated in various workshops and other training activities relevant to the performance of their work as representatives of the students of the University of Murcia (UMU).
Attendees had the opportunity to discuss issues related to quality management education and management of the healthy life of the students, along with the work of representation and leadership.
As highlighted by the attending academic authorities, "the conference represent a manifestation of the importance that the UMU grants to students and are held within the year in which the rector of this institution has been elected president of the Sectorial of Students of the CRUE ".
The Councillor for Education, Vicente Ruiz, thanked the student organization the Eagles have chosen to carry out the conference.
"We always welcome any initiative that starts from the university and continue working on curriculum development and academic portion of students," said the mayor aquiline during his speech.
