This year the group of the Communist Youth Union of Spain (UJCE) and Area Youth IU Eagles have participated in the edition of 'Young in October' space in which the various associations and youth organizations of the municipality organize activities aquiline face the young audience.
On this occasion, the leftist organizations have chosen to introduce the culture in organizing youth programming on Saturday after a Cineforum.
The projected film was "Trumbo," directed by Ray Roach and starring Bryan Cranston, who got into the skin of screenwriter Dalton Trumbo to move to one of the darkest episodes in American history: the 'witch hunt' against intellectuals suspected of sympathizing with the values ​​of the left.
The event was attended by a large group of participants of different ages that once the screening is complete, commented and analyzed the different topics covered in the film.
Pedro Lopez, local secretary of the UJCE, welcomed an activity that "besides entertaining, aims to make people think the public about the repression and the struggle for freedom."
The ceremony ended with the call by the organizers to participate in the mobilizations in defense of public education being organized in Aguilas and that will end on 26 October in a student strike.
