The University of Castilla La Mancha has chosen Eagles to celebrate the closing day of the Fourth International Research Seminar on Medical Texts Greco-Roman, why the mayor, Mari Carmen Moreno, wanted to receive the mayor of the City to the speakers to show thanks and welcome to the town.
The group, formed by professors from Spanish and foreign universities, has come accompanied by the municipal archaeologist, Juan de Dios Hernández, who previously has taught the archaeological museum.
Indeed he will be one of the speakers this afternoon illustrate the seminarians with a lecture on "The cultural landscape of Eagles: the sea and fishing."
In fact, one of the reasons why we have chosen the location for the realization of this day is its archaeological heritage and its relationship with salted fish in food and medicine of ancient Rome.
Outside the seminary, this afternoon visit the Castle Eagles and other enclaves of monumental interest.
