The mayor of Aguilas, Mari Carmen Moreno, and the ediles of Education and Tourism, Vicente Ruiz and Ginés Desiderio Navarro, received in the Consistory of the locality the French students who until last week have participated in the Program Picasso, a project of Individual exchange between first-year high school students from the Region of Murcia belonging to the Plurilingual Section (Spanish / English / French) and students from the French region of Lorraine who also study this program.
Twenty-five students from fourteen Murcia institutes are participating in this year's program, of which two are of Eagles and belonging to the IES Alfonso Escámez.
The aquiline remained in French territory from the 30th of August to the 27th of September and the French have been in our town from the 13th of October to the 11th of November.
During their stay the students have attended class according to the established schedule and have carried out all kinds of teaching and complementary activities.
At the end of the program the student obtains a certificate of participation which consists of an evaluation with the results, annotations and observations of the teachers who have taught and will receive the Europass mobility, a document that registers the knowledge and skills acquired in Other European countries.
