The mayor of Tourism of the City of Águilas, Ginés Desiderio Navarro, and the head of negotiation of Tourism, Teresa Rodriguez, presented yesterday at a press conference the calendar of free guided tours for the next 2017 that this year, as a novelty, has been completed With the visit of the English-speaking Railway Route, which is added to the existing one, also in English, of the historic center.
"In total there will be 52 routes in Spanish and English that will be offered in a totally free way in 2017," said Navarro.
But this new route will not be the only novelty for next year.
The mayor of Tourism also referred to the organization and development of two familiarization visits directed to the associates of Acia (Association of Merchants and Industrial of Eagles) and Hosteaguilas (Association of Hosteleros of Eagles).
"The objective of this project is that both retailers and hoteliers know all the tourist resources of our municipality and can suggest activities to carry out in Aguilas to all those visitors who ask them."
The Teatralized Route, the Route of the Railway, the Route through the Historic Center and the visits in English will also be completed with a special visit on December 7th to mark the second anniversary of the Museum of the tunnel of the pier Hornillo.
An action, designed especially for aquiline and residents in the municipality, although open to the general public, to be developed in collaboration with Albinegro.
