The presentation of the PSOE of a fender of Ordinance for the Guarantee of the Citizen Coexistence and the protection of Urban Space and the rejection of the same Group to approve a motion presented by the Popular Group to suppress the Rate for Opening License, centered the Plenum Ordinary Of the month of November.
The Municipal People's Group of the Municipality of guilas presented to the Ordinary Plenum of November the elimination of the Fees for License of Opening to those under 35 years and to premises of less than 100m2, which was rejected by the PSOE-IU Government Team , With which it was intended to favor the implantation of new companies and SMEs and the creation of employment in the city.
According to statements by Carlos Buitrago, popular councilor, "unfortunately our initiative has not been approved when they have been offered a unique opportunity to demonstrate that they are committed to growth and to the creation of companies, ignoring a demand from the Association of Traders, in Definitive, an initiative that meant a decrease of less than 0.1% of the total budget "The Popular Group has lamented the decision taken by the Government Team.
On the other hand, the PSOE submitted to the Plenary an Ordinance for the Guarantee of Citizen Coexistence that is a simple "copy and paste" of an Ordinance of the City of Malaga and that little responds to the characteristics of the neighbors of our municipality.
As a curious anecdote, it has not removed even the part concerning the Metro, when in Aguilas we do not have a Metro nor is it waiting for us.
The Popular Group asks the Socialist Team to remove this copy and paste Ordinance and to approve a reasonable for our people, that can fulfill the objective of promoting civic behavior without creating a sense of legal insecurity to our neighbors, and to fine them with exorbitant sanctions Ranging from € 150 to € 3,000.
Unfortunately the little desire to work leads the Government Team to make these copies and stick to justify their action, leaving in bad place the effectiveness of their municipal work.
Lastly, we would like to convey our satisfaction with the nomination of several streets of our municipality with the name of aquiline who have developed their professional and personal activity in a prominent way, such as Alfonso Garca Zapata, Fernando Piero Gallego, Salvador Miras "El Pacheco" and Jacobo Hernndez Espinosa.
