The mayor of Águilas, Mari Carmen Moreno, attended last Friday along with the mayor of the Third Age, Encarnación Navarro, and other members of the Municipal Corporation at the closure of the Week of the Mayor that since November 28 was being held in Residencia de Pensionistas Ferroviarios de Águilas.

Users of the center, accompanied by residents of San Francisco and Afemac, enjoyed with their families a party that included musical and theatrical performances as well as recitals of poetry.

The activity marked the end of an intense program in which the elders have participated in a large number of recreational and cultural activities.
