The first aquiline mayor made these statements in the course of a meeting held this morning with the general director of Transport, Coasts and Ports that has moved to the town in order to assess the damages caused after the storm of rain of this end of week.
On this subject, stressed the mayor, "the most remarkable damage that has suffered the port has been the sinking of a part of the cobblestones of the walk that will have to be valued by the technicians of the Autonomous Community."
Apart from this issue and some specific damage to vessels, the first aquiline mayor agreed with the director general that "the port has endured quite well the temporary strong suffered."
