The Municipal People's Group of the City of Eagles will present to the Plenary Ordinary of the month of January two requests.
The first one asks about the situation in which the municipal service of the ATM is currently located and if this service continues to be provided under the same conditions as those informed to the media on 28 January 2016.
In the second request that they be given a list of proposals submitted by citizens for the preparation of the Municipal Budgets for 2017, those that have been accepted and those that have not, the motivation of the decision taken as well as its reflection in the aforementioned Budgets and the publication of the proposals in the municipal web for citizens' knowledge.
Francisco Navarro Méndez, Councilor of the Municipal People's Group of the City of Eagles, raises the following questions to the Ordinary Plenary of January:
1. In what situation is the Ayuntamvil service currently located?
2. Is there any data on the use of our neighbors of this service in the current year?
3. Does the service continue as the Government Team reported through media and social networks on 28 January 2016?
4. If the service has been modified, have the neighbors of our districts been informed of these changes?
Carlos Alfonso Bartolomé Buitrago, Councilor of the Municipal People's Group of the City of Eagles, raises the following Ordinary Plenary of the month of January:
On the website of our City Council comes a section where citizens can enter and make proposals for the Municipal Budgets 2017.
On January 18, we submitted a brief requesting information on the initiatives received and to date we have received no response.
For all this, we raise to the Plenum the following Prayer:
1 .- That we be given a list of proposals submitted by citizens for the preparation of the Municipal Budgets for 2017, those that have been accepted and those that have not, the motivation of the decision taken as well as its reflection in the aforementioned Budgets .
2º.- The publication of the proposals in the municipal web for knowledge of the citizens and its reflection in the Budgets.
