On Friday, January 27, IES Alfonso Escámez organized a series of activities on the occasion of the feast of Saint Thomas Aquinas as the traditional chocolate, tournaments table tennis, chess, parcheesi, change of tires, workshops of crêpes, Literary aromas, etc.
The center also organized, in collaboration with the AMPA, the City Council of Eagles, the Councils of Education, Carnival and Citizen Security and Sports and Youth, Red Cross Eagles, Hero, Carrefour Eagles, the social work of La Caixa and Prima Ram , The II CARRERA SOLIDARIA IES ALFONSO ESCÁMEZ.
This career was developed by the outside of the center and it involved the entire educational community.
To register the runners had to donate non-perishable foods that were delivered to Cáritas Águilas.
The Councilor for Sports and Youth, Cristóbal Casado, gave the start to the first two categories and participated in the third, along with students of Baccalaureate, cycles, parents and teachers.
