The mayor of Carnival and Citizen Security, Vicente Ruiz, has announced that the deadline to register the vehicles that will participate in the Carnival of the Night has already been opened.
"All these gadgets," recalled the councilman, "must register compulsorily in the premises of the Local Police prior to its use in Carnival parties, this will be an indispensable requirement for vehicles to be able to move without being immobilized."
As in previous editions, it will be necessary to fill in a document that reflects the data of the person responsible for it, a photograph of the device and the corresponding liability insurance.
It is also important to note that there will be a person in charge of the vehicle at all times to, if necessary, be able to move it immediately.
It should be noted that in the day of Saturday 25 February, coinciding with the celebration of the Battle between Don Carnal and Doña Cuaresma and the Pregón de la Musa and pregonero, the vehicles must, compulsorily, leave the vicinity of the Plaza de España at 19 hours being able to access again at the end of the announcement;
A measure that has been implemented in order to prevent the music of these vehicles from preventing the public from hearing both the Battle and the predicted pregones.
