Under the chords of Names, a song that India Martínez dedicated to all women who suffer abuse, the women were reminded that last year were killed, victims of gender violence.

The event, organized by the 7N Águilas Platform with the collaboration of the City Council of Equality of the locality, gathered in the Plaza of Spain about fifty people, including the mayor of the town, Mari Carmen Moreno, and The mayor of Equality, Isabel María Torrente.

After recalling the name of all the women murdered in 2016, a reading of a manifesto in which, once again, it was requested that this social scourge be approached as a matter of State.
