Yesterday IES Carlos III started the program #Descubre.
Do not block your mental health, launched by Afemac with the collaboration of the City of Eagles and the secondary education centers in the town.
#Descubre is an awareness and prevention program on mental health and addictions developed by the Spanish Mental Health Confederation and funded by the National Plan on Drugs that aims to provide information on prevention of drug use, awareness of the importance of Mental health and the relationship between both aspects.
The program, which was inaugurated by the mayor of Aguilas, Mari Carmen Moreno, consists of two one-hour sessions in all the educational centers of the town by the psychologist Afemac and in which also participate users of the Association of The Association of Relatives and Mental Illnesses of Eagles and Shire (Afemac) that will tell young people their experiences.
