The Mayor of Águilas, Mari Carmen Moreno, attended yesterday the inauguration of the Course of Dietary Cooking organized by the Association of Diabetics of Eagles (ADIA), with the collaboration of the City of Eagles, which until next Friday will be held in the classroom Kitchen of Formanet.
The program, which this year reaches its sixteenth edition, counted on more than twenty attendees who, with the help of Formanet students, will daily prepare a complete menu suitable for people with diabetes problems that will later be tasted.
Parallel to the preparation of the recipes will be offered information on food, diets and other aspects of interest.
The president of the association, Yolanda Gallego, stressed the importance of this type of activities with which it is intended to show that it is possible to prepare varied and appetizing dishes adapted to the needs of people with diabetes.
