The Municipal People's Group will raise to the Ordinary Plenary of May a motion to annul the resolutions adopted at the Board of Governors of May 3, 2011, in points 4.2 and 4.3 regarding the approval of the granting of two offices in the nursery Of companies and a public call for access to the available spaces in the municipal nursery of companies, in order to enable all entrepreneurs or newly created companies have the same opportunities to apply for access to such spaces .
In the last Governing Board meeting on May 3, 2017, sections 4.2 and 4.3 approved the granting of authorization for two offices of the company nursery (offices 1 and 2).
The bases of access to the municipal nursery of companies in its 1st paragraph establishes that they can access to these concessions those companies or new companies or recent companies, depending on a series of requirements.
It also establishes in its section 4 that a direct award of this concession may be made to companies that comply with the requirements of section 1, submit an application after a public call once closed, provided that the facilities subject to concession had been Deserted or the request had been inadmissible within the corresponding public call, and provided that not one year has elapsed since the holding of said call.
As reported, Carlos Bartolomé Buitrago, popular councilor, presented this motion taking into account some irregularities detected in the award of such concessions, such as breach of paragraph 4 in relation to direct concession when a call had been deserted for The facilities being granted, or inadmissible, provided that one year after the call, and for the sake of equality of conditions for all entrepreneurs interested in accessing said spaces.
