The mayor of Águilas, Mari Carmen Moreno, and the mayor of Urbanism, Tomás Consentino, visited yesterday the works included in the Regional Program for the Dynamization of Works and Municipal Services (PARDOS 2016) being carried out in Calabardina and whose budget is Close to 300,000 euros.
Both ediles toured the main areas where the performances are taking place, namely the Príncipe de Asturias, Rio de Janeiro and Segura streets.
It should be remembered that among the works that are being carried out and that will improve the accessibility of the area are the replacement of sidewalk pavement and the widening of the pavements, the renovation of hot paved asphalt pavements, as well as Punctual improvements in electric meters.
It also includes the construction of a collector for storm water and its corresponding scuppers in the Rio Segura street;
A street in which a correction of grazing is also being carried out with the idea of ​​favoring the outflow of water and avoiding leaks and the renewal of the potable water network of Príncipe de Asturias Street and its transversal.
Likewise, the telephone line is being buried and the wooden posts are being removed.
