The City Council of Eagles has launched a new Joint Program of Employment and Training, which will allow the temporary recruitment, for a year, of 18 students-workers over 30 years who were unemployed up to now.
The project, called "Improvement of accessibility in the urban area of ​​Águilas, Phase I", aims to improve the occupancy of older unemployed persons, with the purpose of facilitating their insertion in the labor market, through their participation in temporary projects for the realization of Works or services of public or social utility, in which learning and qualification alternate with productive work.
The program consists of a formative phase, complemented by a phase of practical work consisting of actions to improve accessibility.
These accessibility works have the advice of FAMDIF / COCEMFE-MURCIA, Federation of Murcian Associations of Persons with Physical and Organic Disabilities, carried out under the supervision of a monitor-trainer and under the direction of the Municipal Technical Services.
