This morning, the Auditorium and Congress Center Infanta Doña Elena de Águilas has witnessed the presentation of the PROMUSICA ÁGUILAS program, which will start its sixth season of concerts on October 20, ending on June 29.
During this time, subscribers and the general public will be able to enjoy fourteen concerts, of which ten correspond to the symphonic format and will therefore be performed in the large auditorium room Infanta Elena and the remaining 4 belong to Chamber Music , Which will take place in the small room of said auditorium.
This was explained at a press conference by the mayor of Aguilas, Mari Carmen Moreno, the mayor of Culture, Lucía Hernández, the president of Promúsica, Juan Carlos Sánchez Renovales and the Vice President of Promúsica, Ángel López.
"The Symphony Orchestra of the Region of Murcia will be the group that has the greatest presence during the season, eight of the ten symphonic concerts will be performed by this ensemble that will be directed by its owner Virginia Martinez," said the president of Promúsica.
This year and for the first time will be the presence of a German orchestra, the Deutsche Rhein Philarmonie, under the baton of its holder Desar Sulejmani, will be in charge of softening the Gala New Year Concert.
Throughout the season 13 international soloists will come from countries like Japan, Russia, Korea, Hungary and Italy, in addition to the national musicians.
It is worth mentioning the presence of Ana María Valderrama, one of the most acclaimed Spanish violinists of the moment and a clear emerging value of the European music scene.

Continuing with its commitment to the aquiline musicians, one of the concerts of the Chamber cycle will be produced by Promúsica Águilas, which will perform the aguileños musicians Laura Rodríguez Moreno (violin) and Ángel F. López Soler (clarinet).
During the previous five seasons there has been no repetition of works in any of the programs.
Maintaining this philosophy, the repertoire that will be able to be enjoyed during the present, will be formed by works that are interpreted for the first time, since Promúsica Águilas wants to make known to its public the greater number of great works of the musical repertoire.
Six piano concertos (Prokofiev 3, Mozart 23, Beethoven 3, Schumann, Brahms 2 and Ravel), impressive Symphonies ("Jupiter" by Mozart, Brahms n ° 1, "Italian" by Mendelssohn, Schumann n ° 4 and Tchaikovsky no. 4), Violin concerts (by Max Bruch, Brahms, Sarasate and Saint Saens) and Mendelssohn's Concerto for Two Clarinets and for Alessandro Rola's Viola.
The mayor of Águilas has highlighted "the level of a program that offers the aquiline the possibility of enjoying a concert of quality at a very popular price and thanks to the brilliant work of Promúsica, it makes us a reference in the field musical".
