The Local Assembly of the Spanish Red Cross in Eagles joins the Campaign of the Teams of Communication in Emergencies of the organization around the world.
Taking advantage of the Social Networks, during Phase II of the Beach Coverage Plan COPLA of the city council, which has been developed from July 1 to August 31, has been launched every day, first thing in the morning , general information on the temperature, direction and force of the wind in the coasts, value of the UV Index and, above all, the notices issued by Aemet or the alerts of the General Direction of Emergencies of the Community, like the activation in Phase of Preemergencia of the storm of late August.
Throughout the day, it has been informed in real time the color of the flag in the opening of the 14 beaches with permanent vigilance, as well as the changes brought about during the Copla's schedule by the currents or the force of the wind.
In total, during the 62 days that this Phase II has lasted, about 400 tweets have been released that have achieved 364,000 impressions among followers of the @creaguilas account, with an average of 90 "likes" and 6,000 views every day, reaching some of them 12,000 impacts.
