The Deputy Mayor, Vicente Ruiz, and the mayor of Local Development, Ginés Desidero Navarro, accompanied by the President of Cáritas Parroquial San José, Manuel Amatriaín, its director, Ana Cortijos and the teachers who gave the course, Miguel Medina and José Martinez, attended yesterday the delivery of Certificates of Basic Professional Training of Hospitality Assistant to the nine students who were part of this course belonging to the program "Employment in Territory" of Caritas Diocese of Cartagena.
Employment in Territorio is a program that aims to improve the employability and promotion of people with difficulties to enter the labor market through accompanying processes guided by mixed teams (volunteers and technicians), who offer training to people at risk of social exclusion.
During the event both Ruiz and Navarro agreed to point out the importance of betting on training at all levels, as well as encouraging students to continue with their educational process.
