This morning began the works of conditioning of the Mediterranean school;
an action that the parents and teachers of the center had been demanding the Ministry of Education, because it has the powers, since 2002 and that the councilor of the area had also requested in the various meetings held in the Ministry since the past month of January.
The mayor of Urbanism, Tomás Consentino, who visited the center this morning accompanied by the Director General of Educational Centers, Maria Remedios Lajara, the director of the Mediterranean school, Antonio Licerán, and AMPA president, José Manuel Rodríguez, was very satisfied for the beginning of works that were very necessary for this center.
"At last the demands of the parents, who at no time have stopped claiming what they thought was the best for their children, have been heard," said Consentino.
