After the participation of two of the technicians of Tourism in the Training Days for New Agents SICTED (Integral System of Tourism Quality Destination) made in Murcia last week, organized by the Secretary of State for Tourism, this Monday the Department of Tourism has carried out a Training and Self-Assessment Day of the companies and entities of Águilas that opt ​​to renew their Quality of Integral Quality of Tourism in Destination (SICTED).

After the training day, we have carried out the evaluation of different types of companies (restaurant, hotel, marina and commerce) of our municipality, in order to verify that they comply with the SICTED methodology and its corresponding good practices manual .

The SICTED is a project to improve the quality of tourist destinations promoted by the Ministry of Tourism (SET), with the support of the Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces (FEMP), which works with tourism companies / services up to 33 different jobs, with the ultimate goal of improving the experience and satisfaction of the tourist.
