The mayor of the Treasury of the City of Eagles, Tomás Consentino, has announced the opening of the deadline to request, for the second year, the tax on Real Property Tax (IBI) for large families that will mean a reduction between 40 and 90 % depending on the large family category and the cadastral value of the property.
The requirements to benefit from this significant reduction are:
To be in possession of the large family card
The holder of the large family card must also be the owner of the property for which the bonus is requested.
The property for which the bonus is requested must be the family's usual home.
To provide, before December 30th, at Aguilas Town Hall, an application in which the cadastral reference, number and address of the real estate for which the bonus is requested are recorded, the last receipt paid as well as the document duly filled in by the IBI direct debit.
Families who were already beneficiaries last year must re-submit the documentation in order to maintain the bonus.
In the same line, the mayor has indicated that the date of charge of all receipts of IBI domiciled will be next November 20.
Finally, Consentino reminded the taxpayers, under the agreement signed between the City Council and the Ministry of Finance and Public Administration, the possibility of splitting without payment the payment of said tax up to twelve monthly payments.
Said fractionation can be requested in the delegation of the Tax Agency located on Floridablanca street number 9.
