The Department of Children of the City of Águilas organized yesterday, on the occasion of the International Day of Children's Rights to be commemorated today, a fun day in the Plaza de Alfonso Escámez in which the youngest were the protagonists.

Throughout the morning, a group of children's animators carried out different workshops.

Puppets, face painting, storytelling and balloon twisting served to treat, in a playful way, the rights of children.

The mayor, Mari Carmen Moreno, along with the mayor of Infancia, Lucía Hernández, and other members of the Municipal Corporation, took advantage of the occasion to elaborate, together with the small participants, a poster commemorating the Rights of the Child.
