Last week the final of the school cross in the alevín and benjamín categories, both male and female, was played in the Municipal Sports Center.

More than 300 athletes from eleven schools in the town gathered in this competition in runs of 800 to 1,200 meters.

The mayor of Celebrations, Encarna Navarro, was in charge of delivering the medals of this event in which, it should be noted, sports spirit always prevails and in which all schools achieved a medal.
