Yesterday was presented in the Regional Assembly draft General Budget Law of the Autonomous Community for 2018, approved by the Governing Council, which includes the creation of three High Resolution Comprehensive Centers for the municipalities of Águilas, Jumilla and Murcia.
An action that, as indicated in the regional budget, account for the municipality of Águilas with a game of 1,500,000 euros.
The mayor and president of the Monitoring Table of the High Resolution Hospital Center, Mari Carmen Moreno, has shown her satisfaction at this news.
In this regard, the mayor has ensured that "finally the aquiline, after many years of promises, we began to see that the demands in health are close to being met."
In this sense, the mayor recalled that in the last year there have been up to four meetings with the heads of the Ministry of Health always with the aim of transferring to the competent body the important deficiencies that our municipality presents in health matters, as well as to put at the disposal of the Ministry different lands for the construction of the much demanded Chare.
To conclude, Moreno has insisted that "this is an achievement of the entire town of Águilas whose common feeling has always been to improve the health services of the town." Proof of this, he continued, "is the existence of a composite Follow-up Table by representatives of all the political parties with implantation in the municipality, members of the associative fabric of the locality and independent sanitary technicians ".
