The Hotel and Tourism Association of Águilas (HosteÁguilas), in collaboration with the Tourism Institute of the Region of Murcia, held a conference on Monday in charge of Diego Coquillat, director of the Diegocoquillat.com digital newspaper and the Innovation Club for Restaurants, professor in different universities in Management and Management of Hotel Companies and founder and CEO of the startup 10Restaurantes.
The presentation, which was opened by the local mayor, Mari Carmen Moreno, dealt with new technologies and digital marketing, "areas that are booming as more and more customers use the Internet to stay informed and learn about the different destinations and their products, "said Coquillat, who opted for the importance of companies being prepared to implement tools that make them more competitive and sustainable.
The event served as the closing of the training block that Hosteaguilas has developed, in collaboration with the local and regional administration, throughout this year.
