There are 20 places available and consists of 20 theoretical hours and 20 practices, which are taught in the Classroom in the Training Room of the Puerto Juan Montiel Hotel from 13 to 28 January with the following schedule:
Saturdays 13, 20 and 27 from 10 am to 2 pm and 5 pm to 9 pm, Sundays 14, 21 and 28 from 10 am to 2 pm and Friday the 26 from 5 to 9 pm.
It is aimed at both volunteers and external personnel, health transport assistants and caregivers and other groups that, due to the activity they perform, need to know these first aid techniques.
Its main objective is to train the student in the domain of the most common techniques, attitudes and skills in first aid and to know the theoretical contents that justify the use of these techniques.
A continuous evaluation will be carried out according to the following assessment criteria: · By observation (during the course) · Assessment and supervision of the practices and techniques to be developed in each teaching unit · Class attendance (90% of the course to be eligible for a test) · Motivation, interest and participation in the group-class
Exams: Theoretical, at the end of the course.
Practical, during the course.
Both exams have to be overcome.
It is a prerequisite to be over 16 years old and also for volunteers have developed at least six months of activity to qualify for one of the places.
