The spokesman of the Socialist Parliamentary Group, Joaqun Lpez Pagn, positively assessed that a budget for a High Resolution Center in guilas has been included in the budgets for 2018, much demanded by the public and by the PSOE, but at the same time it was asked " who is going to apologize to the aquiline and aquiline for the nearly nine years of delay in its construction and the apathy of the PP with this municipality.
This morning, Joaqun Lpez Pagn and deputy speaker Isabel Casalduero met with the general secretary and mayor of guilas, Mª Carmen Moreno, to denounce that the Autonomous Community budget for 2018 deepens inequality and will not improve living conditions of the citizens of the Region.
Lpez Pagn explained that "the PSOE has not supported budgets because they do not have a Plan for the future of the Region or to develop tourism in places like the municipality of guilas, which are in need of investments that value their heritage and generate employment" .
Lpez Pagn noted that the municipalities of the Region are a key to the life of citizens of the region and criticized the disloyalty and neglect of the regional government with local administrations, especially those governed by the PSOE, is ballasting your daily management.
In fact, in the territorialized budget it can be verified that for the municipalities governed by the PP, the regional government allocates 190.39 euros per inhabitant, while for the municipalities of the PSOE it invests 122 euros, "a substantial and inadmissible difference".
The parliamentary spokesman criticized the insensitivity of the PP with the amendments that the Socialist Parliamentary Group has submitted to these budgets, which reflect the claims of the municipalities of the region, many of them socialist.
"The PP has no reason to breastfeed and must help the municipalities of the region and collaborate loyally with their mayors and we will be vigilant to comply with the investments contained in the budget for guilas, especially with that local hospital" .

On the other hand, the mayor Mª Carmen Moreno said that "unfortunately the vote against the PP and Citizens will prevent the socialist amendments go ahead and make very important investments for guilas".
Moreno assured that he will work with all the competent councils so that those needs of the municipality go forward throughout this year.
The amendments presented for the municipality of guilas are based fundamentally on the educational and infrastructure areas.
Among the most necessary was the comprehensive remodeling and modernization of the Paseo de Poniente, as also demanded by the hoteliers in the area, "an essential work to be found in the urban area of guilas".
A pedestrian path has also been requested up to the limit with Andalusia.
"We are currently in talks with the General Directorate of Roads of Andalusia for them to carry it out from Terreros to the border with guilas, as it is very important for the tourism sector of our town."
Also, the PSOE has claimed an investment in the IES Carlos III for the implementation of a training cycle related to the Hospitality, one of the most necessary sectors in the municipality for its tourism projection.
The socialist amendments also request an investment so that one of the oldest schools in guilas, the Virgen de Los Dolores, has toilets in the area of Early Childhood Education;
and finally, another of the requests referred to the construction of two roundabouts on the road to Calabardina, which are very necessary due to the heavy traffic it has, especially in summer.
Moreno added that "the PP and Citizens have opposed these needs in our municipality, but from the City of guilas we will continue working so that these investments can see the light".
