The cleaning service concessionaire has initiated, at the request of the Town Council, a campaign directed at pet owners aimed at taking responsibility for the urine and excrement of their pets.
To facilitate this mission, the delivery of bags that were already made has added the distribution of more than 1,000 bottles with the aim that these are filled with a mixture of equal parts of water and vinegar thus preventing the appearance of spots that the micturitions of the dogs cause in the corners, facades and public furniture.
Isabel Fernández, mayor of Services Provider Companies, stressed that "urine has a highly corrosive effect on urban furniture and this measure will not only help prevent it, but also help prevent other dogs from urinating in the same place "
The bottle, because of its size, is designed to always be on top of it "encouraging a responsible and civic attitude when pets are walked".
This campaign is a complement to the application, which for a few months is being carried out by the cleaning services, a product that repels the urine of dogs and cats.
The product, which is totally harmless for dogs and does not contain any substance that could harm them, is applied by direct spraying in the affected areas and immediately its aromatic properties affect the animals, eliminating the acquired habits of urinating in unwanted places. recalled Fernandez- while insisting that the use of sulfur by neighbors is a practice prohibited and penalized by the dangers involved.
