If just a few days ago the mayor of Culture, Lucia Hernandez, gave information on the statistical data of the Auditorium and Congress Palace Infanta Doña Elena, which reflected an increase of 20%, today has been the turn to report on the House of Culture Francisco Rabal and, again, the assessment has been very positive.
The mayor has accounted for 5% growth of public registered in this aquiline building.
Thus, the council has indicated that in 2017 a total of 23,444 have made use of the different dependencies of the House of Culture (without including the Library) compared to 22,702 that did in 2016. The hall has been the place with the greatest number of visitors, specifically 18,705 people who have attended mostly theatrical performances (5,926), festivals and concerts (4,499) and conferences (1,944).
The Manuel Coronado exhibition hall has also been another space that has registered an increase of visitors specifically 193 to stand at 3,176 in 2017 compared to 2,983 in 2016.
Regarding this increase, the mayor has concluded by showing his satisfaction "for the good reception of the public to a cultural program that, year after year, has the objective not only to increase in quality but also to reach all audiences covering all styles and likes. "
